yum sourdough but one small thing

yesterday's sourdough loaf was amazing, just wish there were more vegan brownie options.

Detailed feedback on my order

I placed an order for a Celebration Cake and a Chelsea Bun Gift Box for a family event. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear options for delivery dates. The cake arrived on the specified day, perfectly intact, which was a relief. The Chelsea Buns were also well-packaged and tasted incredibly fresh, even a couple of days after delivery. I had a quick question about storage, and their customer support responded to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. The cake itself was beautifully decorated and tasted fantastic. Overall, a really smooth experience from start to finish, and the quality of the products was excellent. I'd definitely recommend them for special occasions.

Consistently good quality

This is my third time ordering from Fitzbillies, this time a Victoria Sponge. Just like my previous orders for Chelsea Buns and a Fruit Cake, the quality was consistently excellent. The sponge was light and moist, and the cream filling was just right. Their packaging is always secure, and items arrive in perfect condition. It's why I keep coming back.

Afternoon Tea was fantastic!

I got the Afternoon Tea for Two as a treat, and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so fresh and beautifully presented. The scones were light, the sandwiches were delicious, and those little cakes were perfect. It felt like such a special occasion right in my living room. I will definitely be ordering from Fitzbillies again soon. Such a delightful experience!

Great Chelsea Buns, good service

I ordered a Chelsea Bun Gift Box for my parents. The ordering process on the website was very straightforward, easy to navigate. Delivery was surprisingly quick; it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would, which was a pleasant surprise. The buns themselves were fresh and sticky, just as described. My parents enjoyed them a lot. I had a quick question about freshness dates before ordering, and customer support responded within a few hours with helpful details. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.

Always reliable, just like before

I ordered the Chelsea Bun Gift Box again, and it was great. I've bought these a few times now, and the quality is consistently high. They arrived fresh and well-packaged, just like my last order. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and Fitzbillies always delivers.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I purchased a Sourdough Loaf and some Shortbread Biscuits. The quality of both items was very high; the sourdough had a great crust and flavor, and the shortbread was buttery and crumbly. My only minor complaint was the delivery speed. It took a full five business days to arrive, which felt a little long for baked goods, though they were still fresh when they got here. Customer service was polite when I enquired about the tracking. Overall, I'm happy with the products, but faster shipping would be an improvement.

Nice little treat

Ordered some brownies and a lemon drizzle cake for a weekend get-together. They got here pretty fast, and everyone loved them. The brownies were super fudgy, just how I like them. Overall, a good experience and everything tasted homemade.

Quick delivery, fresh buns

Ordered Syrupy Chelsea Buns. They arrived quickly. Buns were fresh and tasty. Happy with the purchase.

So good!

I just got the Afternoon Tea for Two, and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so fresh and delicious, especially the scones with clotted cream. I can't wait to order from Fitzbillies again. Seriously, you have to try it!
